RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 If you are not completely satisfied with a ParGrace purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for ParGrace.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. ParGrace monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that ParGrace will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at ParGrace’s discretion. Beauty Insider points associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund transaction is processed.

ParGrace.com Purchases

New or gently used ParGrace.com purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees)  by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Please allow 20 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your new or gently used ParGrace.com purchase by mail and we receive it within 30 days of purchase your refund will be issued as follows:

Credit or debit card Your credit or debit card used to make the purchase. An online store credit that can be used at ParGrace.com but is not valid for use in ParGrace Canada stores.

PayBright Your PayBright account.* An online credit that can be used at ParGrace.com
ParGrace gift card, ParGrace.com online store credit An online store credit that can be used at ParGrace.com  An online store credit that can be used at ParGrace.com

* If you paid with PayBright, and ParGrace receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to your PayBright account and the amount and length of your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.

** If you paid with PayBright, and ParGrace receives your new or gently used item within 31–60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to an online credit that can be used at ParGrace.com  This credit will NOT be applied to your PayBright account and you MUST continue to make payments to PayBright per the original agreement.

* If you paid with PayBright, and ParGrace receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card of your choice. This credit will NOT be applied to your PayBright account and you MUST continue to make payments to PayBright per the original agreement.

**If you paid with PayBright, and ParGrace receives your new or gently used item within 31–40 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a ParGrace store credit that can be used at ParGrace.com. This credit will NOT be applied to your PayBright account and you MUST continue to make payments to PayBright per the original agreement.

New or gently used items returned in a ParGrace  store without an original packing slip but found within our system, will be processed according to this refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Items purchased on ParGrace.com may not be returned by mail or in stores, and will not be refunded, more than 40 days after purchase.

Items shipped to ParGrace outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without a JChrist original packing slip, or not purchased at jchristbeauty.com may not be credited back or returned to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

ParGrace.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail; however, we are happy to exchange your new or gently used product in any of our store locations within 40 days of purchase.

If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the ParGrace original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your ParGrace.com purchase.

ParGrace.com Return Procedures

Here are two easy ways to return your item:

1. ParGrace.com Returns by Mail

  • Include the original ParGrace packing slip with your items.
  • Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and ParGrace  packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Print the Prepaid Return Label from the link above and mail your return
  • Track your order using the link above.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Items shipped to ParGrace outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Any new or gently used items accompanied by a receipt but returned 31 to 60 days after your original purchase date will be refunded in the form of a ParGrace merchandise credit or we will gladly offer to you a product exchange.

New or gently used items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the applicable ParGrace refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
